We are seeking a Systems Engineer (Level II/III) to support the design, integration, and validation of complex unmanned systems. This role requires strong systems thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to bridge mechanical, avionics, and software domains.
About the Role
- Support system architecture, requirements definition, and subsystem integration for UAVs and autonomous platforms
- Work closely with mechanical, avionics, embedded, and software teams
- Contribute to building reliable, scalable, and mission-ready systems
Systems Engineering & Architecture
- Assist in defining system architecture, interfaces, and requirements
- Support system decomposition into subsystems and components
- Contribute to system‑level design decisions and trade studies
Requirements & Documentation
- Develop and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documents
- Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and validation
- Support configuration management and documentation practices
Integration & Validation
- Support integration of mechanical, avionics, and software subsystems
- Assist in system‑level testing, validation, and verification (V&V)
- Identify and troubleshoot system‑level issues
Testing & Analysis
- Support development of test plans, procedures, and validation strategies
- Analyze system performance data and support improvements
- Assist in ground testing and flight testing activities
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams
- Support iterative development and rapid prototyping cycles
- Contribute to continuous improvement of system performance and reliability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- 2–5+ years (Level II) / 4–8+ years (Level III) experience in systems engineering, UAVs, or robotics
- Understanding of system architecture, integration, and validation processes
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, avionics, embedded/software)
- Basic knowledge of requirements management and documentation tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UAV/UAS, drones, or autonomous systems
- Exposure to systems engineering methodologies (V‑model, MBSE, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like MATLAB, Simulink, or similar
- Experience in system testing, debugging, and performance analysis
