At PSYC Aerospace & Defence Industries, we are engineering the next generation of autonomous aerial and robotic systems across defence and advanced mobility domains. Our work spans UAVs, UGVs, and intelligent robotic platforms designed for high-performance, mission-critical applications.

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Security Engineer to design, implement, and secure scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines for mission-critical systems. This role requires deep expertise in DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity for high-reliability systems.

About the Role

As a senior member of the DevOps and infrastructure team, you will:

• Design and manage secure, scalable infrastructure for software and autonomous systems
• Work closely with software, embedded, and systems teams
• Ensure reliability, security, and compliance across development and deployment pipelines

Key Responsibilities

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software and embedded systems
• Manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure for development, testing, and deployment
• Automate build, deployment, and monitoring workflows

Security & Compliance

• Implement security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and risk analysis
• Ensure compliance with security standards and internal policies

Monitoring & Reliability

• Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability
• Respond to incidents and implement preventive measures

Systems & Tooling

• Manage containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Optimize system performance and scalability

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with cross-functional teams across software, systems, and embedded domains
• Lead DevOps and security initiatives
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Strong experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, containerization, and orchestration platforms
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong understanding of networking, system security, and infrastructure design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, defence, or mission-critical systems
• Familiarity with embedded systems deployment pipelines
• Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
