Responsibilities

• Monitoring Antivirus and Systems Performance.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions of hardware and software.
• Maintain assets and update the asset database regularly.
• Provide regular technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide OS, mail, and basic network support/troubleshooting.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by Manager.
• Troubleshoot VPN/AN issues for clients.
• Close tickets in the ticketing system within SLA.
• Follow IT policies and procedures to execute daily work.
• Provide executive support to management as needed.
