Job summary

Le Human Resources Solutions seeks a Supply Chain Coordination professional for third party payroll in Gurgaon/Chennai. The role requires 2-6 years of experience and BE/B.Tech (excluding Civil).

You will manage order booking in SAP, coordinate with sales, logistics, and freight forwarders for timely dispatch, and handle LC, HSS documentation and billing tasks. Key focus areas include on-time delivery, reducing liquidated damages, and improving order book quality while supporting monthly sales

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in any field except Civil.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using SAP for order booking and inventory planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage order booking in SAP, order validation, and inventory planning to ensure timely customer deliveries.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, customers, and freight forwarders for dispatch planning, pre-dispatch inspections, and accurate documentation.
• Handle delivery notes, Letters of Credit (LC), HSS documentation, billing coordination, and tax-related submissions.
• Ensure on-time delivery, minimize liquidated damages, and maintain customer satisfaction through effective planning and execution.
• Support sales planning, budgeting, order book quality improvement, and achievement of monthly sales targets.
