Job summary

Nilkamal Limited in Pune is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to manage Sales ERP/SAP processes and MS Office-based tasks. You will coordinate with sales, project, production, and logistics teams to punch orders in CRM/SAP and ensure accurate billing.

Job description

Deliverables:

• Working on Sales ERP / SAP & MS Office.
• Coordinate with Multiple Stakeholder i.e sales, project team , Production & Logistics etc.
• Should be Proactive in the approach with excellent coordination skill.
• Exposure of Sales ERP is must
• To punch orders in CRM/SAP and coordinate for all billings.
• Identify any escalated or expedited orders in the system that require special handling and address these on a daily basis, any orders that may not have been successfully allocated to their respective fulfillment channel
• Provide reporting transparency and analytics regarding orderbook performance, both actual/historical projected performance to support decision making
• Monitors data for errors and discrepancies
• Prepares monthly and quarterly reports
• Supports day-to-day post-sales order transactions (e.g., credits, returns, order entry) and reporting of customer issues
• Resolves open order (backlog) report issues of low to moderate complexity and reaches out to supply chain or factory to determine source of delay
• Provide full support of the TL in daily operations, participate in team trainings
