Work Model: WFO

Working Hours: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with one weekly off and Sunday as the second weekly off

Experience: Strictly 3–5 years

CTC: Up to 4.8 LPA (40,000 per month)

In-Hand Salary: Up to 32,000 per month

The candidate will be responsible for managing PO-to-SO processes, billing, appointment coordination, and returns management while ensuring operational accuracy and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) to Sales Order (SO) processing.
• Handle billing activities and related documentation.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and order-related activities.
• Manage return processes and ensure timely resolution.
• Work on SAP for supply chain and order management operations.
• Use advanced MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and tracking.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in SAP handling.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.

Mandatory Requirements
