Job summary

Avani Consulting in India is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Officer to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, material receipt and issuance, and SAP transactions. The candidate should have knowledge of warehouse management procedures, cGMP compliance, safety practices, and inventory documentation.

The role is a third-party contract with Virtual interview, 2–3 years of experience, and a salary package of 3–4 LPA.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management and inventory control.
• Knowledge of cGMP compliance and safety practices.
• Ability to maintain accurate logs and SOP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to CGMP and safety practice.
• Daily monitoring and recording of environmental conditions in warehouse.
• Maintaining housekeeping in warehouse.
• Updating all logbooks and records per SOP.
• 100% compliance in QMS and EHS by following SOPs.
• Ensuring materials segregation with proper labelling.
• Maintaining housekeeping in dispensing area and sampling area.
• Balance verification as per SOP and updating logbooks.
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory and update logs.
• Issue of raw and packing materials on production request with proper documents.
• Handle outward/in process operations for multiple shifts incl GRN/MRN/SRN/RTV.
• Organize stock and inventory; maintain 5S and cGMP in warehouse.
• Handle receipt/issue/dispense activity in warehouse and SAP.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
• Maintain item records and documents for incoming/outgoing goods.
