Evershine Build India seeks a proactive Supply Chain & Sales Support professional in Hyderabad to coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, assist sales with quotations, and maintain ERP/CRM records.

You will liaise with customers, vendors, and logistics partners, monitor stock, perform forecasting, and generate reports to drive informed decisions while ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate in Commerce, Engineering or Supply Chain.
• MBA or PG diploma is preferred.
• Experience in supply chain, inventory or logistics is desirable.

• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities from order processing to delivery follow-up.
• Support sales by preparing quotations, sales orders, and customer documentation in ERP/CRM.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, logistics partners and internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments; assist in forecasting to reduce shortages.
• Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, and supply chain reports for management.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies across all transactions.
• Handle customer inquiries and order status updates to improve satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including order processing, inventory tracking, dispatch planning, and delivery follow-up to ensure timely customer fulfillment.
2. Support the sales team by preparing quotations, sales orders, customer documentation, and maintaining accurate records in ERP/CRM systems.
3. Liaise with customers, vendors, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and resolve operational issues promptly.
4. Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment activities, and assist in demand forecasting to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
5. Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, and supply chain reports, providing timely updates and actionable insights to management.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and customer requirements while maintaining data accuracy across all transactions.
7. Handle customer inquiries, order status updates, and after-sales support activities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen business relationships.

Desired Skills & Competencies

1. Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, Order Management, and Sales Support processes.
2. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, pivot table, macros, lookups etc.
3. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
7. Knowledge of inventory control, logistics coordination, and reporting practices.
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate in Commerce, Engineering or Supply Chain. An MBA or PG diploma is preferred.
• 2 - 5 years in supply chain, inventory or logistics, ideally in manufacturing (chemical, FMCG). Toller or contract manufacturing experience is a plus.
