Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech (non-Civil) required.
• 2-6 years of experience in supply chain coordination or related roles.

• Manage SAP-based order booking, validation and inventory planning to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, customers and freight forwarders for dispatch planning and documentation.
• Handle delivery notes, LC, HSS documentation, billing coordination and tax submissions.
• Ensure on-time delivery, minimize liquidated damages and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support sales planning, budgeting and monthly target achievement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage order booking in SAP, order validation, and inventory planning to ensure timely customer deliveries.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, customers, and freight forwarders for dispatch planning, pre-dispatch inspections, and accurate documentation.
• Handle delivery notes, Letters of Credit (LC), HSS documentation, billing coordination, and tax-related submissions.
• Ensure on-time delivery, minimize liquidated damages, and maintain customer satisfaction through effective planning and execution.
• Support sales planning, budgeting, order book quality improvement, and achievement of monthly sales targets.
