Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant for Bangalore/Hyderabad. The role requires 5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, including end-to-end cycles and variable pay, with strong knowledge of compensation statements and reporting tools.

The candidate should be adept at configuring STI, LTI, and Merit processes and supporting Salaried, Union, and Non-Union employees under Collective Agreements. ORD and Route Forms experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Hands-on experience in handling at least 2 complete End-to-End SuccessFactors Compensation cycles, including Variable Pay.
• Strong functional knowledge of SF Compensation functionalities.
• Experience designing and configuring STI, LTI, and Merit processes.
• Experience supporting Salaried, Union, and Non-Union employees under Collective Agreements.
• Strong knowledge of Compensation Statements and BIZX reporting tools.
• Experience with ORD (Online Report Designer) and Reporting Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Launch Forms and Route Forms.
• Strong understanding of SF Compensation processes, configuration, and business requirements.
