Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a experienced specialist in SuccessFactors Compensation to drive design and execution for compensation functionalities.

The role requires involvement in short-term and long-term incentive planning for salaried employees, including union/non-union considerations under collective agreements. The candidate will manage at least two full End-to-End SF Compensation cycles, handle variable pay, and work with ORD, BIZX reporting tools and Reporting Analytics to support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SF Compensation built around design and implementation.
• Experience in handling at least 2 full End-to-End SuccessFactors Compensation cycles and variable pay.
• Strong knowledge of SF Compensation functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Design knowledge of SF compensation functionality incl. Short Term and Long Term incentive plans for Salaried, Union/Non-Union employees under Collective Agreements.
• Experience with SF Compensation Statement and ORD, plus BIZX reporting tools and Reporting Analytics.
• Work with Launch forms and route forms.
