Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant for engagements in India with immediate joining. The role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end SF Compensation cycles, including variable pay, and a strong functional grasp of compensation processes and reporting.

You will design STI/LTI/ Merit frameworks and support diverse employee groups under collective agreements. The candidate should be proficient with ORD, Reporting Analytics, and BIZX reporting tools, delivering

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Hands-on experience in 2 complete End-to-End SuccessFactors Compensation cycles, including Variable Pay.
• Strong functional knowledge of SF Compensation functionalities.
• Experience designing and configuring STI, LTI, and Merit processes.
• Experience supporting Salaried, Union, and Non-Union employees under Collective Agreements.
• Strong knowledge of Compensation Statements and BIZX reporting tools.
• Experience with ORD (Online Report Designer) and Reporting Analytics.
• Hands-on experience working with Launch Forms and Route Forms.
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Compensation processes, configuration, and business requirements.

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Hands-on experience in handling at least 2 complete End-to-End SuccessFactors Compensation cycles, including Variable Pay.
• Strong functional knowledge of SF Compensation functionalities.
• Experience in designing and configuring Short-Term Incentive (STI), Long-Term Incentive (LTI), and Merit processes.
• Experience supporting Salaried, Union, and Non-Union employees under Collective Agreements.
• Strong knowledge of Compensation Statements and BIZX reporting tools.
• Experience with ORD (Online Report Designer) and Reporting Analytics.
• Hands-on experience working with Launch Forms and Route Forms.
