Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced SF Compensation specialist to manage end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation cycles and variable pay for our workforce in India. You will design and implement Short-Term and Long-Term incentive plans and administer compensation statements, using ORD and BizX Reporting Analytics.

The role requires 5+ years' experience, hands-on knowledge of SF Compensation functionalities, and the ability to work with multiple launch/route forms across client projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SF Compensation and related modules.
• Experience handling at least 2 full end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation cycles including variable pay.
• Strong knowledge of SF Compensation functionalities and incentives plans.
• Design knowledge of Short Term and Long Term Incentives and compensation statements.

Responsibilities

• Work on SuccessFactors Compensation cycles including design and implementation of ST and LT incentives.
• Collaborate with teams to launch and route forms.
• Produce compensation statements and BI reporting outputs.
• Utilize ORD and Reporting Analytics in BizX.

• 5 to 8 years of experience is required
• Experience in handling at least 2 full End-to-End SuccessFactors Compensation cycle and variable pay. Resource should have strong knowledge on SF Compensation functionalities.
• Design knowledge of SF compensation Functionality Short Term incentive, Long Term incentive Plan Merit for Salaried, Union/Non-Union employees under Collective Agreements, SF Compensation Statement and BIZX reporting tool utilizing ORD, Reporting Analytics
• Work with Launch forms, route forms
