Job summary

HR India Solutions in Delhi, India seeks an experienced HRIS SME to lead and deliver SuccessFactors-based solutions across Recruitment Marketing, Employee Central, Onboarding and RCM. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for client projects and build strong relationships through effective communication.

The role requires 9-14 years in IT services and a proven track record of implementing large HR systems using SuccessFactors products.

Qualifications

• 9-14 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting as an SME or similar role.
• Solid understanding of SuccessFactors modules: Recruitment Marketing, Employee Central, ONB (Onboarding), RCM (Recruitment Content Management).
• Proven track record of implementing large-scale HR systems using SuccessFactors products.
