Job summary

HR India Solutions is seeking a skilled consultant to implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management (PM) across client environments in Mumbai. You will configure PM settings, develop test plans, and deliver end-user training while aligning HR processes with performance, succession, career development, and talent management.

Collaboration with SAP SuccessFactors teams on multi-site implementations is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-9 years of experience in implementing SuccessFactors Performance Management (PM) module or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of HR processes related to performance management, succession planning, career development, talent management.
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Professional Services team on multiple implementations or upgrades.

Responsibilities
