Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting in Mumbai seeks an SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to manage platform support, governance, integrations, security, releases and AMS partner coordination.

You will handle L2/L3 support, configure modules such as Employee Central and Recruiting, oversee data loads, and ensure production readiness with thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology/SAP SuccessFactors/HRIS.
• 3+ years hands-on SuccessFactors experience.
• Experience in 3+ modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation or Learning.
• Knowledge of Admin Center, RBP, workflows, business rules and MDF.
• Exposure to SAP CPI/BTP, APIs and SSO preferred.
