Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Success Factor Consultant to support Chennai-based HRIS implementations, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors, LMS, and onboarding. The role involves coordinating with global teams and vendors to optimize SF modules.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in SAP SF, strong LMS/ONB skills, and knowledge of EC or RCM modules, with hands-on experience in HCM processes. Local Chennai presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HRIS/ERP/IT application support with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) and Onboarding (ONB).
• Strong functional knowledge of one or more SuccessFactors modules (EC, RCM).
• Experience with SAP HCM processes and integrations with SuccessFactors.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams and external vendors on SuccessFactors projects.
• Support and optimize LMS/ONB configurations and onboarding processes.
• Contribute to global support model for SuccessFactors-related incidents and requests.
• Translate business requirements into SAP SF configurations and enhancements.
