Job summary

• Student Support: resolve queries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Student Onboarding: manage post-sales onboarding for new students.
• Query Management: coordinate and resolve queries from students, mentors, and sales team.
• Dashboard & Tech Management: learn to navigate and update the EdTech platform dashboard and tools.
• End-to-End Learning: gain hands-on training in EdTech business operations.

Office Location:

2nd floor, Sai Heritage, Baner Rd, near State Bank of Mysore, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045

This is a full-time, Work-from-Office internship.

• Student Support: Assist students by resolving their queries via phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
• Student Onboarding: Manage the post-sales onboarding process to ensure a smooth welcome experience for new students.
• Query Management: Act as a central point of contact to coordinate and resolve queries from students, CA Mentors, and the internal sales team.
• Dashboard & Tech Management: Learn to navigate, update, and manage our core EdTech platform dashboard and internal technical tools.
• End-to-End Learning: Gain hands‑on training to understand and run end‑to‑end EdTech business operations.

Upon successful completion of the 6-month internship, candidates will be eligible for a Pre‑Placement Offer (PPO) up to ₹4.80 LPA, based on internship performance reviews and a PPO interview with the management.
