This is a full‑time, Work‑from‑Office internship.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Student Support: Assist students by resolving their queries via phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
• Student Onboarding: Manage the post-sales onboarding process to ensure a smooth welcome experience for new students.
• Query Management: Act as a central point of contact to coordinate and resolve queries from students, CA Mentors, and the internal sales team.
• Dashboard & Tech Management: Learn to navigate, update, and manage our core EdTech platform dashboard and internal technical tools.
• End-to-End Learning: Gain hands‑on training to understand and run end-to-end EdTech business operations.

Who Should Apply (Skills & Requirements)

• Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• High confidence and a strong hunger for career growth.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and a high ownership mindset.
• Mandatory: Must have your own laptop.

Growth Opportunity

Upon successful completion of the 6‑month internship, candidates will be eligible for a Pre‑Placement Offer (PPO) up to ₹4.80 LPA, based on internship performance reviews and a PPO interview with the management.
