PREPCA Eduserv Private Limited in Pune invites applications for a Student Engagement & Relationship Intern to join our Office team. This full-time, 6-month internship offers exposure to student interactions, CRM logging, and daily outreach to enrolled students.

You will conduct high-volume courtesy calls, collect feedback, create support tickets, and assist in retention efforts while gaining practical experience in operations.

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Courtesy Calling: welcome enrolled students, ~200 calls/day.
• Service Feedback Collection: gather qualitative feedback on mentorship sessions, tests, content, and faculty.
• Issue & Ticket Management: create support tickets and assign to Student Support.
• Resolution Tracking & Follow-up: ensure tickets resolve within SLAs and follow up with students.
• Student Retention & Engagement: guide students to resources and keep them motivated.
• Daily Reporting & CRM Logging: update call status logs and ticket metrics in Excel/Sheets/CRM.

Work Description:

This is full-time, work from an office internship role based in Pune, where you’ll be an integral part of our Operations Team,

Work Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Courtesy Calling: Conduct daily proactive outbound calls (~200 calls/day) to welcome enrolled students, check on their study progress, and maintain active engagement.
• Service Feedback Collection: Systematically gather qualitative feedback regarding mentorship sessions, test series evaluation accuracy, course content, and faculty performance.
• Issue & Ticket Management: Identify student pain points, generate support tickets immediately upon receiving queries or technical glitches, and assign them to the Student Support team for resolution.
• Resolution Tracking & Follow-up: Coordinate with internal operations/support teams to ensure student tickets are resolved within defined SLAs, closing the loop with follow-up calls to the student.
• Student Retention & Engagement: Act as an empathetic soundboard for exam-related stress, guiding students toward available resources and keeping them motivated throughout their preparation journey.
• Daily Reporting & CRM Logging: Update and maintain accurate call status logs, feedback notes, and ticket metrics on Excel / Google Sheets / CRM software.

Work Qualifications:

Preffered Graduation Completed

Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.

A willingness to thrive in a target-driven work environment.
