Job summary

PREPCA Eduserv Private Limited is seeking an Operations Intern for a 6-month, work-from-office role in Baner, Pune. You will support students by handling queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email, and assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth welcome experience.

You will coordinate cross-functionally with CA Mentors and the sales team, learn to navigate our EdTech dashboard, and gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end operations.

• Must have own laptop and basic MS Excel knowledge.
• Committed to learning operations management and daily business execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist students by resolving their queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Manage post-sales onboarding for new students.
• Coordinate and resolve queries from students, CA Mentors, and internal sales team.
• Learn to navigate and update the EdTech platform dashboard and internal tools.
• Gain hands-on training in end-to-end EdTech operations.

Office Location:

(This is a full-time, Work-from-Office internship.)

• Student Support: Assist students by resolving their queries via phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
• Student Onboarding: Manage the post-sales onboarding process to ensure a smooth welcome experience for new students.
• Query Management: Act as a central point of contact to coordinate and resolve queries from students, CA Mentors, and the internal sales team.
• Dashboard & Tech Management: Learn to navigate, update, and manage our core EdTech platform dashboard and internal technical tools.
• End-to-End Learning: Gain hands-on training to understand and run end-to-end EdTech business operations.

Who Should Apply (Skills & Requirements)

• Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High confidence and a strong hunger for career growth.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and a high ownership mindset.
• Mandatory: Must have your own laptop.

Upon successful completion of the 6-month internship, candidates will be eligible for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) up to ₹4.80 LPA, based on internship performance reviews and a PPO interview with the management.
