Job summary

Orbit Bearings India Pvt. Ltd. invites a structured, analytical professional for a business-facing CEO Office role. You will partner with the CEO/Senior Leadership to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and deliver MIS, dashboards and presentations that guide decisions.

You will manage multiple priorities with high ownership, build stakeholder relationships, and support growth and process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of experience in Business Operations, Analysis, Strategy, PMO, management consulting, MIS or similar roles.
• BE/B.Tech OR Graduate with MBA/PGDM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO / Senior Leadership Team on strategic and business priorities.
• Coordinate and follow up on key initiatives across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Projects.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, KPI reports and management presentations.
• Analyze business and operational data and convert findings into actionable insights.
• Track projects, action plans, timelines, decisions and closure of key initiatives.
• Prepare management review presentations, business reports and periodic updates.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking.
• Support business improvement, process improvement and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on critical business matters.
• Ensure effective follow-up and timely closure of management decisions.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive and execution-oriented professional to work closely with the CEO / Senior Leadership Team on business operations, strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.

This is a business-facing CEO Office role, not a routine administrative Executive Assistant position.

The selected candidate will work across functions, analyze business information, track strategic initiatives, prepare management reports and presentations, coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely execution of key priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong experience in MIS, dashboards, KPI reporting and management presentations.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
