Root Cause Analysis: investigate deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Leadership Reporting: prepare weekly and monthly reviews for the Director and present insights.

About the Role

Weare looking for a dynamic, highly analytical, and results-driven leader to take complete ownership of business performance across our manufacturing operations. This is not a conventional management role. We seek a hands-on professional who challenges the status quo, identifies gaps, drives accountability, and ensures every function operates at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate will act as the business's control tower, overseeing Production, Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain while working closely with the director to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities

Operational Performance Management

Monitor and drive performance against production, quality, efficiency, and profitability targets
Analyse and control production downtime, rejection rates, yield losses, and material wastage
Ensure operating parameters remain within established benchmarks

Financial s Commercial Oversight

Track purchase price variations, cash flow, receivables, margins, and key financial metrics
Monitorsales performance against targets and identify improvementopportunities
Provide data-backed recommendations to improve profitability and business outcomes

Supply Chain s Inventory Control

Oversee inventory levels across Raw Material (RM), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods
Monitor dispatch pipelines and ensure optimal inventory utilisation
Drive efficiency in procurement, warehousing, and supply chain operations

Root Cause Analysis s Corrective Actions

Investigate business deviations and unusual performance trends
Challenge assumptions, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures
Hold teams accountable for delivering agreed actions and results

Leadership Reporting s Strategic Insights

Prepareweekly and monthly business reviews for the Director.
Present actionable insights, key risks, opportunities, and improvement plans.
Partner with department heads to drive continuous business improvement.
