Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business teams and drive employee engagement, employee relations and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an HR Business Partner for the assigned business/function and work closely with business leaders and managers.
  Conduct regular floor walks and employee connects to understand employee concerns, engagement levels and workplace challenges.
  Conduct skip-level meetings and one-on-one connects to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement.
  Drive Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations issues effectively.
  Partner with managers on performance management, retention and employee development.
  Monitor attrition, absenteeism and employee engagement trends and implement corrective actions.
  Support onboarding, induction and employee lifecycle processes.
  Drive employee engagement surveys, pulse checks and action plans.
  Work closely with business leaders to improve employee experience, productivity and retention.
  Maintain HR MIS, dashboards and employee-related reports.
  Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes and applicable statutory requirements.
