Job summary

Dynacraft Air Controls in Gujarat, Vapi, is seeking an experienced Stores/Inventory supervisor to oversee packing, material receipt, ERP stock control and GST compliance. 6–8 years of relevant experience and proficiency in ERP systems are preferred.

Candidate should reside in or around Vapi to optimize operations and minimize travel. This role entails coordinating with Purchasing, subcontractors, and ensuring accurate documentation and stock integrity.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years hands-on stores experience in a manufacturing setup.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packing of finished goods, labeling, documentation and transportation.
• Receive inward material, verify against PO, perform basic quality and quantity checks, and prepare GRN.
• Maintain inventory control in SUN ERP with issue, receipts, stock reconciliation and reorder levels.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for timely stock replenishment and follow up on deliveries.
• Handle outward and inward job work cycle for components outsourced to sub-contractors, including material issue and receipt.
• Maintain GST records for job work in ERP and issue E-way bills for dispatch movements.
• Plan and manage packing operations and maintain packing material stock.
• Keep the store clean, organized and properly binned with accurate location records.

Job description

• Supervise Packing of finished goods including labelling, documentation, transportation
• Receive inward material, verify against Purchase Order, carry out basic quality and quantity checks, and prepare the GRN
• Maintain complete inventory control on the company's SUN ERP system issues, receipts, stock reconciliation and reorder levels
• Coordinate with the Purchase department for timely stock replenishment and follow up on pending deliveries
• Handle the complete outward and inward job work cycle for components outsourced to sub-contractors, including material issue, receipt and reconciliation
• Maintain job work GST records in the ERP and issue E-way bills for all job work and despatch movements
• Manage complete packing operations plan, order and maintain packing material stock against order requirements
• Maintain a clean, well-organized and properly binned store with accurate location records and responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Commerce or Science graduate, or Diploma in Engineering. Engineering/Technical background /previous experience in an engineering company preferred given the nature of our stock items
• 6 to 8 years of hands‑on stores experience in a manufacturing set‑up
• Working knowledge of any ERP system; comfortable with computers and MS Excel
• Knowledge of GST documentation and E-way bill procedures will be a distinct added advantage
• Candidates residing in Vapi / Silvassa / Valsad / Daman preferred to minimise travel time
