Job summary

Century Extrusions in India is seeking a Stores associate to manage GRN, stock control, and SAP entries. You will handle unloading, physical inventory, and correct storage location management on the shop floor.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires coordination with departments to validate data and ensure SAP accuracy. Regular plant shifts, on-site work, and grounding in material handling are expected.

Qualifications

• GMN/GRN processing and SAP entry experience.
• Stock management and inventory control.
• MS Excel and MS Word proficiency.
• Willingness to work on shop floor, shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare GRN of incoming material.
• Material issue to respective department.
• Material issue entry in SAP.
• Supervision of unloading raw material and general material.
• Monitor physical inventory.
• Ensure materials are kept in proper location on racks.
• Manpower controlling.
• Coordinate data validation and SAP code accuracy with department.

Preferred candidate profile

• Reports to: Store Manager for all general activities and departmental work.
• Co-ordinate for data validation, stock parameters, and SAP code accuracy with department.
• Coordinates with: user department SRN GRN and others details
• Weekly deliverable: completed data batches submitted for Stores
• Working hours: Regular plant shifts wise. Majority of work is on the shop floor and in Stores
