Job summary

Saipro Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a store executive to manage inward, storage and outward movements of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, SFG and Finished Goods. You will verify quantities, batches and expiry dates, and prepare GRN/ERP entries for receipts and movements.

The role requires SAP/ERP experience, immediate joining, and background in a similar industry. You will ensure FIFO/FEFO, traceability, accurate stock records and coordination with adjacent functions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inward, storage and outward movement of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, SFG and Finished Goods.
• Verify material quantity, batch number, expiry/retest date and documents at receipt.
• Prepare GRN and ERP entries for all material receipts and movements.
• Issue RM/PM to Production as per approved material requisition.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO and maintain batch-wise traceability.
• Maintain physical stock and system inventory accurately.
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum stock, shortages, excess, slow-moving and near-expiry materials.
• Maintain segregation of Approved, Quarantine, Rejected and Returned materials.
• Ensure proper storage conditions, hygiene, housekeeping and pest-control.
• Coordinate with Purchase, QA/QC, Production, Planning, Dispatch and Accounts.
• Maintain store records and documentation for GMP, HACCP, FSSAI/FSSC and customer audits.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in material issue, receipt and batch traceability.

• Report material shortages, damages, expiry risks and stock variances to the Store Manager immediately.
• Ensure safe handling and organized storage of all materials.
