Job summary

Tynimo Life Style in Mumbai (Andheri) Airport area is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensure opening and closing SOPs, and uphold store standards. You will lead a small team, train staff on cashiering and POS, and work to deliver sales targets.

The role requires about 1 year in retail and a UG/IG degree. You will coordinate with merchandising, handle inventory, audits, customer queries, and ensure stock protection while maintaining hygiene and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
• Undergraduate or graduate qualification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day running of store operations. Opening and closing the store (Adherence to Opening and Closing SOP).
• Maintaining store standards, hygiene, VM displays and following up with support functions to close store concerns.
• Adhering to and driving company policies, Store SOP, and employment standards.
• Be a role model in cashiering and assist in POS training, and provide support to new & existing team members.
• Ensuring achievement of sales targets which have been set for the store and categories.
• Minimization of shrinkage levels in the store, training the teams on how to handle merchandise and protect stock.
• Managing & resolving customer complaints and queries.
• Conducting audits for customer service, Till service and housekeeping standards.
• Assisting with maintaining product quality by identifying issues and communicating to merchandising.
• Learning and development of the team through on-job training, VM training, product training.
• Managing Inward & Outward of stocks and inventory management.
• Work as part of a team of Sales Advisors with customer-first mindset.
• Engage staff with regular briefing and provide feedback to Store Manager for rewards and recognition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
