Cashify in Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experience. You will train staff, manage inventory, and uphold SOPs while coordinating with area management to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with relevant retail experience.
• 5+ years in store operations or store management (preferred).
• Experience in mobile retail, electronics, or consumer durables is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 25 years of experience in retail store operations or store management.
• Experience in mobile retail, electronics, or consumer durables will be an added advantage.
• Strong sales, team management, and customer-handling skills.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented with a focus on business growth and operational excellence.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and inventory management.
• Ability to manage store operations independently.
