Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the store and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and brand presentation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities.
• Drive sales targets and achieve KPIs.
• Support implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve store productivity and customer conversion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalations.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Assist in staff supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring.
