The role requires ensuring compliance with ISO standards and maintaining a well-organized workplace. The candidate will coordinate with various departments and handle necessary documentation for payment processing. Experience in materials management and a strong organizational skill set are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical receipt of materials and ensure system entries are completed on the same day.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of all materials.
• Handle both physical issuance and system updates for materials.
• Ensure all storage and preservation processes comply with ISO procedures.
• Maintain 5S standards and a visual workplace within the R&D Store areas.
• Coordinate with other departments and R&D stakeholders.
• Oversee cycle count procedures.
• Forward necessary documents to the Accounts department for payment processing.
• Individually manage all R&D store activities.
