Job summary

Kamdhenu Spaces in Maharashtra, Manjari, seeks a Store Keeper to manage receiving, storing, issuing and controlling construction materials for real estate projects.

You will ensure accurate records, proper storage, timely material availability, and ERP-based stock updates, coordinating with Purchase and site teams.

Candidates with 1–3 years in stores of real estate and ERP exposure are preferred; local candidates are welcomed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in stores of a real estate company with ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, issue, and maintain construction materials and inventory.
• Verify quantity and quality per PO with quality engineer; inform Purchase dept. if discrepancies and reject material with a Rejection Note.
• Maintain separate maintenance stock of various materials (Tile, CP sanitary, Woodwork, etc.).
• Tag newly received material and update in the system.
• Record inward/outward and daily material consumption in the system.
• Maintain contractor-wise and activity-wise stock records; submit reconciliation reports.
• Generate reports and inform Project Manager and SM about stock levels and material to receive against PO.
• Maintain records of dead stock and submit to Project in-charge.
• Keep petty cash records and report to Office.
• Coordinate with Purchase dept and follow up with vendors for delivery of material.
• Process daily mails and various reports.
• Generate monthly stock reports.
• Raise requisitions for material in system.
• Maintain record of fixed asset material.

The Store Keeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining construction materials, tools, equipment, and other inventory required for real estate projects. The role ensures accurate inventory records, proper storage practices, and timely material availability to support construction activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all store-related activities.
2. Checking Quantity and specification the Received material as per P.O. and checking quality along with quality engineer, if found discrepancy informing to Purchase Dept. and site and rejecting the material with Rejection Note.
3. As per standard Keeping the separate Maintenance stock of Various Material (Tile, CP sanitary, Woodwork material etc.)
4. Arranging Material as per requirement, proper tagging of newly received material & updating in the System.
5. Maintaining daily all Inward outward, daily consumption of Material in system.
6. Keeping Record of Material issue Contractor wise and activity wise & submitting the record for Reconciliation.
7. Generating reports & informing in advance to Project manager and SM about the stock & balance Material to receive against the P.O.
8. To maintain Inventory Keeping Records of dead stock & submitting to Project in-charge
9. Maintaining Petty cash Records and submitting time to time to Office
10. Co-ordinating with Purchase department & taking follow up with Vendor for Delivery of Material
11. Working on daily mails & various Reports.
12. Generating Monthly Stock Report
13. Raising the Requisition of Material in System.
14. Maintaining the record of fixed asset material.
