• Ensure materials are issued with proper documentation (Material Requisition Slips/Issue Slips).
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with records.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material availability and replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage and labelling of all inventory items to avoid damage or loss.
• Manage return of unused or damaged goods and raise necessary documentation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in the store premises.
