Job summary

The Affordable Organic Store in Hyderabad is seeking an Inventory Executive to ensure stock accuracy and enhance warehouse processes. You will manage stock levels, perform regular audits, and maintain ERP/Excel records to support procurement and logistics.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound operations, daily transaction entries, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to minimize discrepancies and prevent stock losses.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, stock audits, and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to coordinate inbound/outbound operations and ensure stock visibility.
• Proficient with ERP systems or inventory software and Excel for daily entries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics for smooth movement.
• Maintain documentation for goods received, dispatched, and returned.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and keep the storage area clean.
• Assist in minimizing inventory discrepancies and reducing stock losses.
