Job summary

Della Group in Maharashtra invites an energetic hospitality professional to join our guest services team. You will promptly take orders, ensure table setup, and maintain cleanliness across service areas while coordinating with kitchen and service staff to deliver smooth operations.

Candidates with 12th pass or hospitality diploma and 0–3 years’ experience, including freshers with strong English/Hindi, are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 12th Pass or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
• 2-4 years of experience in Hospitality/FB.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
• Strong English/Hindi communication skills.
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good knowledge of basic FB service standards.
• Team player with a service-oriented approach.
• Candidates from Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, 3- to 4-star properties preferred.
