Job summary

IMPRESARIO handmade restaurants in Mumbai seeks an F&B Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the restaurant floor, deliver guest-first service, and support the F&B team in meeting service standards and revenue targets.

You will coordinate between kitchen and service, handle guest queries, oversee setup and ambience, maintain hygiene standards, and assist with staff training, stock checks, and upselling to boost guest experience and turnover.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in F&B service in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Well-groomed and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of guest service are maintained at all times during service hours.
• Coordinate between kitchen and service staff for timely order delivery.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee table setup, cleanliness, and ambience of the outlet.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs for hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Assist in training and supervising junior staff (stewards, commis, hostess).
• Monitor stock levels of service essentials (crockery, cutlery, linen, etc.) and coordinate replenishment.
• Support in upselling food and beverage items to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Assist management in daily briefings and ensure team is updated on menu changes, promotions, and offers.
• Maintain billing accuracy and coordinate with cashier/POS for smooth checkout process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements (FSSAI, etc.)
