Job summary

RCM is seeking enthusiastic Stewards / Service Associates to deliver prompt and friendly food and beverage service, maintaining hygiene, and supporting smooth restaurant operations to ensure a positive dining experience.

You will greet guests, take orders, punch them in POS, serve promptly, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams while upholding hygiene, grooming, and safety standards. Freshers welcome; 0–2 years in hospitality preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+2 / Graduate (Hotel Management Diploma preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality service (Freshers can be considered).
• Basic food & beverage service knowledge.
• Customer service orientation and teamwork are important.
