Job summary

Delifrance India is seeking friendly GSA/Stewards to ensure excellent guest experience, smooth table service, and support daily caf/restaurant operations.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve with brand-standard presentation, and maintain clean, organized service areas while following hygiene standards and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as GSA / Steward / Service Staff in a caf, restaurant or hotel preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Guest-focused attitude and positive body language.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends and peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and assist with seating.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Serve food and drinks as per brand standards and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure tables, service areas and guest zones are clean, organized and well set at all times.
• Support guests with menu knowledge, basic recommendations and order clarifications.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order flow.
• Handle guest requests, basic concerns and service recovery in a polite and professional manner.
• Assist in billing and payment process whenever required.
• Follow hygiene, food safety and grooming standards strictly as per company SOPs.
• Support opening and closing duties of the outlet.
• Assist supervisors and shift managers in daily operational requirements.
