Job summary

Delifrance India is seeking friendly GSA/Steward to ensure excellent guest experiences, smooth table service, and daily cafe/restaurant operations in Gurugram. You will greet guests, take orders, serve with brand standards, and maintain clean, inviting service areas.

The role requires good communication, a guest-focused attitude, and the ability to work in shifts, including weekends and peak hours. Basic knowledge of hygiene standards and food & beverage service is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as GSA / Steward / Service Staff in caf, restaurant or hotel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication with guests.
• Attentive, friendly and guest-focused demeanor.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and peak hours.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks as per brand standards and presentation guidelines
• Ensure tables, service areas and guest zones are clean, organized and well set at all times
• Support guests with menu knowledge, basic recommendations and order clarifications
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order flow
• Handle guest requests, basic concerns and service recovery in a polite and professional manner
• Assist in billing and payment process whenever requiredFollow hygiene, food safety and grooming standards strictly as per company SOPs
• Support opening and closing duties of the outlet
• Assist supervisors and shift managers in daily operational requirements

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as GSA / Steward / Service Staff in a caf, restaurant or hotel preferred
