Aka Logistics in Kolkata seeks an experienced professional to manage statutory compliance and HR operations. You will handle PF/ESIC challans, KYC documentation, UAN/IP generation, and maintain employee records with precision.

The role requires strong data management, coordination with internal teams, and adherence to SOPs to ensure compliant, seamless service delivery.

• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant departments for compliance-related activities.

Required Skills

• 23 years of relevant experience in statutory compliance and HR operations.
• Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, challan creation, UAN, and IP generation.
• Good documentation, coordination, and data management skills.

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate; an MBA in Human Resources will be an added advantage

IT Skills:

Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
