Job summary

ADP Private Limited is hiring for Executive - Statutory & Compliance, Mumbai. The role focuses on end-to-end statutory compliance, including PF and ESI, with responsibilities spanning filing, record-keeping, audits, and query resolution.

The candidate will manage dashboards and reports for management, ensure timely remittances, and guide employees on statutory benefits, while working in a dynamic, off-roll staffing setup.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management or Business Administration.
• 3+ years in statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT & LWF and IT compliance.
• Proficient in MS Word / Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end statutory compliance including PF, ESI, bonus and gratuity.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and remittances.
• Maintain compliance records, registers, and documentation as per statutory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits with required data and reports.
• Handle employee queries related to PF, ESI, and other statutory matters.
• Generate periodic compliance reports and dashboards for management review.
• Guide employees on statutory benefits and ensure smooth communication.

Role : Executive - Statutory & Compliance

What you'll do :

• Manage end-to-end statutory compliance related to:
• Provident Fund (PF)
• Employee State Insurance (ESI)
• Bonus and Gratuity compliance
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and remittances.

• Maintain compliance records, registers, and documentation as per statutory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required compliance data and reports.
• Handle employee queries related to PF, ESI, and other statutory matters.
• Generate periodic compliance reports and dashboards for management review.
• Handling employees queries for PF, Tax deductions and reimbursements
• Provide support on PF withdrawals, ESI benefits and other employee related compliance matters
• Guide employees on Statutory benefits and ensure smooth communication.

Qualifications you'll need:

Education: Degree in Management or Business Administration

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years in statutory compliance
• Having good knowledge in Payroll Compliances activity (PF, ESI, PT & LWF) and IT Compliances
• Competent in MS Word / Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Practice attention to details
