You will leverage a strong regional network, expertise in digital solutions, and a proven ability to generate revenue growth; travel across India and GCC as required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in sales / business development.
• Strong knowledge of staffing models (contract, permanent, RPO, managed services).
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
• Established network with HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Experience in staffing firms or HR consulting.
• Willingness to travel across India and GCC markets.
