Job summary

ABC - Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited is seeking a field sales professional to support sales operations in Haryana. You will work with the Area Sales Manager to plan activities and achieve targets, including cross-sell opportunities.

You will scan the local market, study competitive offerings, and adapt sales efforts to local trends. You will also compile periodic MIS reports on disbursements, NPAs, and target achievement.

• Plan sales operations for achieving targets with Area Sales Manager - ABHFL, including cross-sell opportunities
• Scan the local market and competitive offerings to adapt sales efforts to local trends
• Provide data for and compile periodic MIS reports for disbursements, NPAs, target achievement, etc.
• Work on assigned prospects list for client relationship origination and maintenance activities, interacting with ground-level client stakeholders
• Understand and communicate understanding of product characteristics and benefits to end customers
