Job summary

Aditya Birla Insulators is seeking a field sales professional in India to plan and execute sales operations with the Area Sales Manager, focusing on achieving targets and cross-sell opportunities. You will periodically scan the local market and competitors to adapt strategies and compile MIS reports on disbursements and NPAs.

You will also manage assigned prospects for client relationship origination and maintenance, engaging with ground-level stakeholders and communicating product benefits

Responsibilities

• Plan sales operations with Area Sales Manager to achieve targets.
• Scan local market and competitive offerings to adapt sales efforts.
• Provide data for and compile periodic MIS reports for disbursements, NPAs, targets.
• Develop assigned prospects list for client relationship origination and maintenance with ground-level stakeholders.
• Understand and communicate product characteristics and benefits to end users.
