Job summary

Lenskart in India is seeking an experienced recruiter to source and screen profiles through multiple channels, manage end-to-end recruitment for our retail business, and ensure 95% manning capacity at all times.

You will partner with business leaders, coordinate interviews, and drive closures, while applying best practices and maintaining SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting for various roles and levels
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Source and screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing and ensure a healthy source mix is maintained
• Manage end-to-end recruiting process for our retail business
• Ensure 95% manning capacity at all times
• Build strong partnership with the business to understand needs and deliver per SLAs
• Develop and manage competition portfolios by rigorous sourcing
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for role and culture
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-ups

Minimum Qualifications:
