Lenskart in Karnal, Haryana is seeking a proactive recruiter to source and screen profiles across channels, manage end-to-end recruitment for its retail business, and ensure staffing capacity.

You will build strong partnerships with business leaders, run interviews, coordinate with managers, and drive closures while delivering as per SLAs.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing and ensure a healthy source mix is maintained
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for our retail business
• Ensure 95% manning capacity at all times
• Build strong partnerships with the business to understand needs and deliver per SLAs
• Develop and manage competition portfolio by rigorous sourcing
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communication
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers and closures

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions and levels

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
