Job summary

Lenskart in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, is seeking a seasoned recruiter to source and screen profiles through employee referrals, social channels and alumni networks for our retail business.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, ensure 95% manning capacity, conduct interviews, assess fit, negotiate offers and drive closures while partnering with hiring managers to meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years recruiting experience across positions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing and ensure a healthy source mix is maintained

• Developing & managing respective competition portfolio by rigorous sourcing
