Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our Retail Talent Acquisition team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

You will source through referrals, social networks, headhunting and active sourcing, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offers to closures, aiming to maintain strong Manning capacity and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing and ensure a healthy source mix is maintained
• To manage the end to end recruiting process for our retail business
• To ensure 95% manning capacity at all times
• Build great partnership with business in terms of understanding the needs and delivering as per agreed SLAs
• Developing & managing respective competition portfolio by rigorous sourcing
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and the company culture
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communication
• Manage end to end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and driving closures
