Job summary

Lenskart in India is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter for the Retail TA team to lead the recruitment process for a variety of roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and develop strategies.

You will source, screen, interview, and close candidates, maintain high manning capacity, and manage end-to-end processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and screen profiles through multiple channels including referrals, social networks, alumni base, head hunting, passive sourcing and maintain a healthy source mix.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the retail business.
• Ensure 95% manning capacity at all times.
• Build partnerships with the business in terms of understanding needs and delivering as per SLAs.
• Develop and manage respective competition portfolio by rigorous sourcing.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communication.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and driving closures.
