Job summary

Freyr Energy in Solapur, Maharashtra, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive residential solar PV system sales, meeting monthly targets and expanding the customer base.

You will follow up marketing leads, develop ROI-based proposals, conduct site surveys, and prepare techno-commercial pitches. This role reports to AGM Sales and requires strong negotiation, relationship management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or graduation in any discipline.
• 1+ year of sales experience.
• Strong networking and client relationship skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and writing emails.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets for solar PV systems for residential clients.
• Follow up on marketing leads and collaborate to maximize deal conversions and bookings.
• Develop ROI/payback calculations for sales proposals.
• Perform site surveys and generate techno-commercial proposals using the Freyr Energy Platform.
• Report daily on key business and process parameters to AGM Sales/Sr. SM.

ROLE

• Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets of Solar PV systems for residential clients.
• Follow up on all marketing leads, collaborate with the marketing team to maximize deal conversion and order bookings, generate own leads, and develop a channel partner network in the territory with assistance from the AGM Sales.
• Develop an understanding of ROI and payback calculations to incorporate into sales proposals for potential customers.
• Perform site surveys and generate techno‑commercial proposals using the Freyr Energy Platform.
• Report daily to AGM Sales/Sr. SM on critical business and internal process parameters.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients against each project milestone, report deviations to AGM, and resolve issues promptly.
